Exeqo AB, formerly N'GAGER Communication Group AB (Ngager), organisation number 559372-8297, is the data controller for the processing described in this privacy policy. The name change to Exeqo AB does not change the legal entity responsible for the personal data.

When does this policy apply?

The policy mainly covers personal data we process about:

  • contact persons at customers and suppliers,
  • prospective customers,
  • people who contact us for support or other questions,
  • visitors to our website, and
  • other people who have a business relationship or contact with Exeqo.

When Exeqo processes personal data in the platform on behalf of a customer, the customer is normally the data controller and Exeqo is the data processor. That processing is governed instead by our data processing agreement with the customer.

What personal data do we process and why?

Customer and business relationships

We may process name, contact details, role, company and information about our communication with you.

We use the data to manage customer and supplier relationships, contracts, orders, invoicing and other ongoing business administration.

Processing is based on performance of a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in running and administering our business.

Data is retained for as long as needed for the relationship and thereafter for as long as required to meet legal obligations or handle any legal claims.

Support and contact with us

When you contact us we may process name, contact details and the information you provide in your matter.

We use the data to answer questions, provide support and follow up matters.

Data is retained for as long as needed to handle and document the matter.

Sales and marketing

We may process name, work-related contact details, company, role and information about previous contact with Exeqo.

The purpose is to inform about our services and to create and develop business relationships.

Processing is normally based on our legitimate interest or on consent when required.

You may object to direct marketing at any time. When you do, we stop such marketing to you.

Website and technical information

When you use our website, certain technical information may be processed, for example IP address, browser, device and information needed for the site to work and stay secure. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies on the website.

When you book a demo via the form on the website, the details you submit (for example name, email, company and message) are processed to handle the enquiry. The form is provided by HubSpot, which acts as a processor for Exeqo for that processing.

Where do we get the personal data from?

We usually receive personal data:

  • directly from you,
  • from the company or organisation you represent,
  • from our existing business contacts, or
  • from publicly available company and professional sources.

Who do we share the data with?

We may share personal data with suppliers who help us run our business, for example providers of:

  • IT and cloud services,
  • CRM and demo handling (HubSpot) for enquiries via the website,
  • communication and support services,
  • finance and accounting services, and
  • other suppliers needed to run the business.

Suppliers that process personal data on our behalf may only use the data according to our instructions and our agreements with them.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to authorities and other authorised recipients.

Processing outside the EU/EEA

Some suppliers may mean that personal data is processed or made available outside the EU/EEA.

When this happens we ensure there is a legal basis for the transfer and that appropriate safeguards are used under the GDPR, for example an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances you have the right to:

  • receive information about which personal data we process about you,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • request that data be erased,
  • request that processing be restricted,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • object to direct marketing,
  • receive certain data in a structured and machine-readable format, and
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Some rights apply only under specific conditions under the GDPR.

Contact us at privacy@exeqo.se if you want to exercise any of your rights.

We may need to verify your identity before we disclose or change personal data.

Complaints

If you believe we process your personal data incorrectly, we would like you to contact us so we can look into the matter.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy when our business, our services or applicable rules change.

The latest version is always available on our website.
